T herapology is a service provider that enables therapists to arrange, manage and provide therapy using built-in video meetings, online group sessions, recordings, documents, messaging, plus arrange face-to-face sessions, manage appointments and online prepayment. Developed and launched through personal crisis experience, Therapology is an exciting new platform and app that enables anyone with Internet, to connect rapidly with therapists in the UK and book online or face2face appointments, typically within the hour.
The client was looking for an intuitive, yet highly versatile way of build an application for its innovative service. With a strategy to scale exponentially, it needed to be able to sustain complexities across a multitude of functions. In order to achieve this.

LiftUp experts assisted the Therapology team by employing lean methodology to develop critical databases, webpages, mechanisms, addons, design, reliable yet adaptable mobile applications and any required support services for infrastructure and maintenance.
The project had 3 phases of deliverables:
Phase I: Complete designs for web interface, preferably to include the workflows/users’ journeys (experience);
Phase II: Clarify and sign-off on the list of requirements for the Web Application / Most Viable Product;
Phase III: Architecture, Development and Deployment of the Web Application MVP.
