SmartConsign is a Fast, Scalable, Multi-Carrier Management System. 10X faster than any other platform. The software integrates with all major carriers & sales channels, giving their users complete control of all their parcel delivery needs from a single touch-point.
SmartConsign immediately understood that they had limited skills in their team to handle Quality control. They had an aggressive plan to update the application, which meant that they needed a partner to rapidly take on test cases with no prior knowledge of their system.

Solution & Results
For SmartConsign we have developed the testing of the main functionalities using manual testing and automation testing. It is important that we test features as soon as changes have been made by developers. This helps to prevent possible major application defects.
To avoid this, the LiftUp team has automated API testing and main test cases. On the frontend side, we improved the application interface and optimized it to improve the user experience.
